Welcome from our Pastors
We are honoured to welcome
you to Southlands by giving you a glimpse
of our church family through this website.
Southlands Church is an international family
of believers. Our members are from places
like China, Trinidad, Sri Lanka, Africa,
Colombia and North America. We are learning
what it means to be the people of God together,
and we invite you to join us in that journey
of discovery! Southlands is a family-friendly
congregation. We offer a nursery and children’s
program (called “KidzPraize”)
during the entire service as well as a teen
class at 9:30am. The music at Southlands
will move you to praise God with enthusiasm
and joy. The teaching is Bible-based and
focuses on equipping people to live with
a God-inspired confidence and maturity. Following
every service there’s lots of Tim Horton’s
coffee and great fellowship. My wife and
I look forward to your visit, and would love
to meet you personally.

Leadership
Justin Bradbury is the
Lead Pastor at Southlands Church. He completed
his training for ministry at William & Catherine
Booth College in 1997 with undergraduate degrees
in Arts and Theology. Since that time Pastor Justin
has served as a Youth Pastor, Church Health Consultant,
and Senior Pastor, and was ordained by The Salvation
Army in 2003. His ministry focus at Southlands
is preaching & teaching and leading the ministry
teams. He loves Tim Horton’s coffee, camping
with Angie and their kids, and running around
the neighbourhood with the family dog, Skippy.
Angela Bradbury is the Family
Life Pastor at Southlands Church. She completed
her training for ministry at William & Catherine
Booth College in 1997 with an undergraduate
degree in Christian Education. Since that time,
she has served in Family Services ministry, writing
Christian Education curriculum, and alongside
Justin in youth ministry and as Senior Pastor.
She was ordained by The Salvation Army in
2003. Her ministry focus at Southlands is Children’s & Family
Ministries. She loves spicy food, 7-11 slurpees
and traveling to new places.
Pastors-in-Training - Jon & Tracy
Savage
 Jon & Tracy Savage, along with their two children
Kurtis & Kassandra, have joined the Southlands'
ministry this year as Pastors-In-Training. They
came to Winnipeg from St. Albert, Alberta, where
they were on staff at their church. They will be
involved in several areas of ministry this year,
including Youth Ministry, Pastoral Care and Christmas
outreach.
